Kaufman Engineered Systems KPal V palletizing system utilizes two FANUC 410iB/185H robots with high speed vacuum end of arm tools capable of building 6 orders at a time.

The automatic transfer car delivers empty pallets from the loading area to each of the two palletizing cells where totes are stacked in 3 separate build locations per cell. Full loads are indexed out and transferred to the Stretch Wrapping cell utilizing the automatic transfer car.

Using a 90 degree chain transfer conveyor, palletized loads enter the SXPA-20 overhead rotary arm stretch wrapper to secure the load for transport.
