KPal Automated Packaging Palletizing Systems
KES will configure your KPal palletizer with the most efficient end of arm tooling for your specific product. The KPal V series features our proprietary vacuum style end of arm tooling for conventional sealed corrugate cases. The KPal S series features our spatula style end of arm tooling for bundles or trays. The KPal C series features our clamp style end of arm tooling for bundles, cases or trays. The KPal B series features our bag gripper end of arm tooling for high speed palletizing of bagged product. All end of arm tool styles are available with the ability to pick tier sheets and/or pallets. With a long list of standard and optional features, the KPal Series is sure to increase the rate of return on your equipment investment.
Automated Packaging K5 Series Palletizers
The new Kaufman K5 Series palletizers are a perfect fit for your high speed palletizing needs! This series features a tier formation area which provides a unique combination of speed, flexibility, and control. For containers, speed is king and the K5 series does not disappoint! For case, trays or bundles, a primary benefit of the K5 series is its ability to orient the product sides in the desired orientation on the load. This is especially useful for retail marketing where specific sides of products are to be positioned on the exterior of the unit load. Another distinct benefit to the K5 series is its ability to handle small case and bundle sizes.
Kaufman KDPal Depalletizer Automated Packaging Equipment
For container filling applications, the system accepts a full load and efficiently creates a single stream of bottles. This family of depalletizers also has the ability to singulate case, bundle, or tray loads for co-pack operations within your facility. The KDPal V depalletizer features our exclusive vacuum row pick tool for case or bundle product. The KDPalS features our spatula row pick tooling for bundle, case, or tray product. The KDPal C features our clamp row pick tooling for bundles or cases products. The KDPal B depalletizer features our bag depal gripper designed to remove individual bags from a load. The KDpal K5G features our full layer end of arm tooling to accommodate glass containers and our KDPal K5P to accommodate plastic containers.
KPal Stack and Wrap Automated Packaging Systems
The new Kaufman KPal SW series palletizers are a perfect fit for those applications where load stability is a concern. The Kaufman KPal SW series encompasses the best of both worlds: high speed palletizing with an integral stretch wrap process to stabilize unit loads as they are built. This dynamic system allows the operator to react to case and bundle characteristics by choosing how many layers are built by the robot before the stretch wrapper incrementally wraps. Incrementally wrapping the load as it is built provides the ultimate in load integrity. No more worries about load transfer from the palletizer to the stretch wrapper!

The KPal CS series features our spatula style end of arm tooling for open top cases or trays. The KPal CC series features our clamp style end of arm tooling for those product arrangements which are best picked from opposing side forces.
